This group is for musician's that like to play Afro-Cuban music and would like to get together on regular basis for a Descarga! (Afro-Cuban Jam). We welcome all Afro-Cuban instruments such as percussion, tres, cuatro, bajo, guitarrra, piano, flutes, horns, violin, and cantantes, etc The purpose of this group is to perform Afro-Cuban music in the most authentic manner as possible. Some of the forms we will work on , but are not limited to are Mambo, Son, Afro, Songo, Chachacha, Boleros, etc
